Heh! I've been wearing my hair shorter than usual for the past few months. That was probably due to summer head. Wonder if winter weather will persuade me to become shaggy again? Have a safe and trouble-free trip!

"summer head" Ha! That was supposed to be "summer heat" -- Must be time for another cup of coffee!

Yes, the pocket full of "change" for the airport helpers. When I travel I take a bunch of $5 bills with me. I figure that people in non-US airports have access to money-changing facilities. One advantage of using a "helper" is not having to figure out how the heck to get to where you need to be. Have a great trip!!

Happy flying, Doug and Heather. Do you have books to read to carry on? There's always so much to be done when going on a trip, and usually at the last minute there are more to be remembered. Gosh, I'm that way and I'm staying home, just getting things done before the kids come in. and Jim, I like that summer head and winter head!

Ah, Doug, you sound like me last week. Tough travel chores, but it's worth it. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Here's wishing you and Heather a wonderful visit and exactly the right amount of "stuffing". We expats are having a big turkey feed at the USO on Saturday night (our time, which will be about 3 a.m. Sat. on the Oregon clocks). Hugs from Asia, ~ Sil
