All I can say is Good Grief! What some people won't do! Pretty low.

I just wanted to drop by to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving, and to let you know how grateful I am for your support and compassion during this time of heartache.

I don't know if I'd stop being generous, since there are many people in need. In fact, I don't know what I'd do. On the one hand, she (they?) DO need the money, but they shouldn't have done it that way. On the other hand, think how many people their actions have hurt--those that are really in need probably won't get the assistance they deserve because of them.

I can only hope that Karma takes care of those folks... both the ones that donated the house, and the ones that sold it.

It does really make you wonder who to trust, doesn't it? I think that is just a low down thing to do. It does sound like a scam of some sort to me. Still enjoyinng your poems Doug, but still cannot comment on your site, without crashing??? I do hope that you enjoyed your Thanksgiving and that you are feeling much better now. Hugs!!!

That was definitely a low thing to do. I only hope it doesn't taint those who truly are in need and would be eternally grateful for such compassion.
